Janneke Lange advises national and international clients on several employment law matters, like individual and collective dismissals and on employee participation issues. Janneke assists, amongst others, clients in the energy and the financial sector. Besides her advisory practice, she has broad experience in litigation. In 1996 Janneke graduated from Nijmegen University. Thereafter, she was a legal advisor of the board of that same university. Janneke then specialised as a solicitor in the ‘classical’ employment law practice with Kennedy Van der Laan and in the transactional employment practice of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Janneke has published articles and given (in-house) courses about employment law. Janneke joined the team of Palthe Oberman as a senior associate at the beginning of 2009.
