
Lydia Milders graduated from the University of Groningen in 2004 with a degree in Dutch law. She worked as legal consultant for a period of time, after which for a number of years she worked at Rosina Eising advocaten in Amsterdam. In addition to employment law Lydia has gained experience in company law, as well as a great deal of litigation experience. Lydia works for both Dutch and international companies that are active in sectors such as the marketing and energy industries, in various fields of employment law including dismissal law and terms and conditions of employment. Lydia joined the Palthe Oberman team in September 2010.
